Payments Policy & Insurance Coverage
The patient is responsible for payment for all services that were provided. Wellness related services are all billed at an hourly rate for services provided, i.e., acupuncture, TuiNa, movement therapies (exercises), TCM nutrition, and consultations. Chinese herbs are charged separately.
We can provide you with a bill for services that you can submit to your insurance provider, if needed. Please discuss this at the time you set up your first appointment. This option may work for some clients.
We require payment at the time of service (TOS) and will bill your insurance, as an added service, if that option is available (see below).
Following review of claim status and eligibility status, we can bill Motor Vehicle Accident- Personal Injury Protection (MVA- PIP) cases that are open. You will not have to pay for covered services. Please provide the details of your claim when you contact the clinic.
Payment by credit card is available for those who have used Square Business Services for making payments.
